Fractus learning - Goes over some of the same technology as I did. [4]

UCI Wiki - goes over various online technologies, including online dissections.

Paid Frog Dissections:
Frogouts - This website offers a computer app, ipad, and iphone for sale. There is also a demo on the website so that you can try it before you buy. I suggest that if you do buy it for school computers that you buy the downloaded version rather than the yearly subscription so that you can use it more than once a day and so that you do not have to pay for it more than once. Since it gives you a number of downloads, I would suggest this for if your entire classroom is not going to do the real dissection. If you are not a member of the NABT yet then they offer a version where you can buy your membership with the software!

Frog Dissection app - Endorced by PeTA, this app is cheap and easy to use. It is available in many different formats, including smart board! So if you want to try something new this is a very good place to start.

Digital frog - This software is good because it is sent to you on a disk, so when you buy it you will have it forever. The downside is that it was developed a while ago, so the interface is not as easy to use, and it is also fairly pricy compared to the alternatives. I would buy this software if you have the money for it and if you will only be using the dissection on a desktop computer (with CD slots!).
